We are pleased to announce the addition of two advanced machines to our manufacturing facility as part of our continuous commitment to improving production capacity, efficiency, and quality standards to meet international requirements.
A new heavy-duty Bandsaw Machine has been installed to accommodate steel bars up to 500 mm diameter, enabling faster and more precise cutting operations with improved productivity.
We have also added a Rotary Surface Grinder capable of handling circular jobs up to 500 mm diameter. The machine is designed to achieve high-precision grinding with tolerance accuracy up to 1.5 microns, ensuring superior surface finish and quality consistency.
These technological upgrades strengthen our capability to deliver high-quality products with enhanced precision, reliability, and operational efficiency.
